Worshipping together, learning together...

Bethany Chapel is a Christian church on the corner of President and College Avenues in Wheaton, Illinois. We are dedicated to preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching the Bible, serving our community, and worshipping together.

Bethany Chapel began in Wheaton with a small group of Christians during the Second World War. Our roots are in the Plymouth (Christian) Brethren--an identity we still enjoy. The Brethren are characterized by a missionary zeal, a seriousness regarding the Bible's message, and devotion to worship Jesus Christ each Sunday in the Lord's Supper.

We are a friendly church with a family atmosphere. We know each other's names and enjoy each other's company; and like a family we have newborns to great Grandparents! This rich variety includes retired missionaries, Christian workers and educators, women and men from all walks of life, young families, and college students. Most importantly, we worship together, learn together, and serve together.  Explore the site, but come visit us; you are welcome at Bethany Chapel .
