COMING EVENTS:

á       There will be a Kids Club planning meeting on Tues., Aug. 26th at 7 pm at the Chapel.  See Joel Carrera with any questions.

á       The Nations Worship. Nine Ethnic churches in the Chicagoland area are gathering for worship, testimonies and fellowship on Sat., Aug. 30, from 1-5 p.m. at College Church in Wheaton. All are invited to come and connect with the global church in DuPage County. Bring a favorite ethnic food dish to share.  John & Niema Elnakal will be participating from the Sudanese Church.

á       Ladies:  Save the date.  The Fall Ladies Conference will be on Sept. 19-20 at Lake Geneva Conference Center.  Brochures are available on the back counter.  See Gloria Farrey with questions.

á       The Welcome Back Lunch is planned for Sun., Sept. 7th following the Chapel Service. Please sign up in the lower foyer if you are interested in attending. 

á       Focus on Faith will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 23rd.  We will be using the Beth Moore study on Daniel.  Books may be pre-ordered at a group rate of $18.  Please see Sue Rolund if you are interested in this rate.  Also, there will also be an evening Focus on Faith meeting on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm studying the same as the morning study.  If you are interested in the evening study, please see Amy Coyle.

á       Because of the food shortage we will have an ongoing collection box where you can place non-perishables that will be taken to the People's Resource Center.
